This extension package includes everything in the Grow package for an additional 3 month period.

This package includes everything in the Build Package but will help you grow into the next step, continuing on. This package is a commitment to a 3 month plan that will set you up to form good habits that will last.
Meet your Health Advocate and Nutrition Consultant
Melissa is an ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer (CFT) and Nutrition Consultant.
After a major health and fitness transformation in 2013 that lead her to compete in Women's Physique Bodybuilding in November of that year, Melissa developed a passion for nutrition. "My transformation was so life changing I knew I wanted to share everything I had learned as well as everything I would continue to learn."
She continued learning with an "insatiable appetite" for nutrition and healthy a lifestyle. Two and a half years later (2016) she was CFT certified with ISSA. Her goal is to not just write a diet or fitness plan, but to guide, educate, equip, and encourage you to learn what it truly means to have a healthy lifestyle. She is committed to using all her resources to help YOU reach your goals.
